varied minigolfexcellent conditionsuper clean apartment
I was charmed by the on-site water park. It kept my children entertained for hours. the mini golf course was varied and in good condition too! the cleaning service did a very good job upon arrival. The apartment was super clean.
The shuttle bus only runs twice daily. I think it could run more frequently.

mixed feelings about this stay
thick dustant problem
The villa needed some serious tlc. i found cobwebs and dust everywhere. It clearly wasn't cleaned well. there were even false eyelashes on the bedroom floor. also, ants were a constant problem. I cleaned the kitchen daily. but they still looked every morning and night. we had an amazing holiday, but this accommodation wasn't up to par.

The pool area was well kept and easily accessible. the safety team kept watch over the pool. This provided peace of mind for families. i found the aqua park good, with several slides suitable for children.

the resort offers free coaches to the nearest towns. this was wonderful and a lovely addition. these trips provided a convenient way to explore nearby attractions without needing a rental car.

The villa felt a bit tired, honestly. the kitchen equipment was pretty basic, and i noticed a few ants marching around. plus, the paths around the resort are cracked. It could be dangerous. it could definitely use some tlc.

The reception was very helpful. they addressed issues promptly. they compensated us with breakfast and a late checkout because of an inconvenience. free coaches to nearby towns and beaches were available. I wanted a booklet of activities. the accommodation was clean, and the space was enjoyable. The gardens provided amazing views for my kids.
the accommodation is basic. Beds are uncomfortable. only one mirror is in the entire place, located in the bathroom.

the on-site water park is fantastic for children. they won't get bored for hours. the mini golf is varied and in decent condition. the outside bar staff were fantastic. sergio was particularly helpful. he made great drinks.
the villa was okay but looking a bit tired. you start to see the issues looking harder. it overall felt tired. the pathing is broken all around the resort, and the pool area is mobbed.

There is a minimarket within the complex that operates daily from 08:00 to 00:00 for basic items. The nearest full-size supermarket is about 9 kilometers away in Lajares. For dining options, Lajares also has various restaurants and bars, though they are not within walking distance.
